FAMILY serves families in Pottawattamie County who are expecting a child or have a child under 5 years of age. Services are provided free of charge to families in Pottawattamie County through the support of Office of Head Start, Iowa Department of Public Health, Delta Dental of Iowa Foundation, Medica Foundation, Healthy Tomorrows Partnership for Children, Pottawattamie County Community Foundation, Southwest Iowa Mental Health & Disability Services Region, Iowa West Foundation, and United Way of the Midlands. FAMILY is committed to assisting parents in their roles as their child’s first and most influential teacher by providing many services. Among the services FAMILY offers are:

FAMILY OFFERS SCREENING FOR MATERNAL DEPRESSION, including listening visits
