The I-Smile dental home project includes infrastructure building within the community of stakeholders, population based activities such as oral health education presentations and promotions, enabling services (including outreach, informing and care coordination) and gap-filling direct services (including oral health screenings, fluoride varnishes, and sealants). The next Give Kids A Smile Day (for 1st through 12th Grade) is scheduled for February 2, 2024.
Clinics are held at schools, WIC and Head Starts in Cass, Harrison, Mills, Monona, Pottawattamie & Shelby counties
