Q: What does it cost ?
A: FAMILY’s home visits are free to all families in Pottwattamie County.  Call Jean at (712) 256-9566 Ext 205 or email her at jbohnker@familyia.org to enroll.

Some group sessions are open to the public for a nominal fee, check our Facebook Page for event updates.

Q:How are you funded?
A: FAMILY receives funding from donations and grants.  Some of our grant funding comes from the State of Iowa’s Early Childhood Iowa through Promise Partners’ funding for the Joint Infants and Toddlers Program (JITP). JITP is a collaborative of three agencies; FAMILY, Inc, Green Hills AEA, and ISU West Pottawattamie County Cooperative Extension.

Q: How do I know if my child is on track?
A: FAMILY offers a variety of child development screenings.  Contact Jean Bohnker at (712) 256-9566 Ext 205 or email her at jbohnker@familyia.org to schedule a visit or go to http://www.easterseals.com/site/PageNavigator/ntlc10_mffc_homepageasq.html to complete an online questionnaire to assess your childs development.
